EARLY BIRD Registrations commence 27 July
The conference is using the TryBooking online registration system. Payment is by Visa or Mastercard. In addition to the registration fee there is a TryBooking fee of 30 cents per ticket. Ticket options are listed below. There is an option for offline processing of registration. Please telephone Helen (02 4222 2403) or Paul (02 4222 2462). Also, Gift Certificates are available for Parishes and other Catholic groups to assist parishioners and staff with costs of registration.

Registration Fees Table
The table below shows the fees applicable after applying eligible discounts. Conference registration fees are GST inclusive, except for member organisations of the Catholic GST Religious Group, which includes Catholic parishes, schools and other agencies. Such organisations will need to provide their ABN number during the registration process.
The table below shows the ticket options available for purchase from now until the end of the EARLY BIRD period (15 November).
Full Conference Registration includes all Liturgies, Keynotes, Breakouts, Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Welcome BBQ and 50th Anniversary Celebration.
The Conference Dinner (Thursday night) is optional and is priced separately. Registrants may purchase one additional ticket to the Conference Dinner for an accompanying guest.
(1) There is an EARLY BIRD discount of 15% for full conference registrations received by 15 November.
(2) Australian Pastoral Musicians Network (APMN) Members receive a 10% discount for full conference registrations, as well as admission to the APMN members only breakfast on Friday morning and AGM on Thursday afternoon.
(3) Discounts are cumulative. An APMN member who registers prior to 15 November will receive a 25% discount.
Single Day Registrations
are offered for Thursday (Clergy Focus Stream and Teachers PD Streams), Friday and Saturday (Parish Ministry Focus Streams). They include all Liturgies, Keynote, Breakouts, Morning Tea, Lunch, and Afternoon Tea.
The TryBooking registration system involves seven steps. After clicking on the event (Lift Up Your Hearts):
Step one: Select Catholic GST Group, if a member organisation, otherwise select General.
Step two: Enter the quantity of each ticket type and continue booking.
Step three: Enter ABN number, if a member of the Catholic GST Religious Group; then for each ticket, provide attendees' name, dietary requirements, Breakout and other session preferences, and APMN membership number if applicable. Print a copy of the page from the browser and continue booking.
Step four: Review cart and either continue shopping or go to Checkout.
Step five: Enter purchaser details (name, address, phone, email and click Buy.
Step six: Enter credit card details and commit payment.
Step seven: Print tickets and tax receipt.
Parishes and other Catholic Groups can purchase Gift Certificates to assist parishioners and staff in registration costs.
